   WHERE DO I GO at Tuggeranong Southern Cross Club???

Park underneath the Club ( entry off  COWLISHAW St.) and catch the lift to level 2 to sign in. We are in the BRINDABELLA ROOM on Level 3 ( lift or stairs available)
If coming from the Hotel, walk in through the front door, Register at reception and catch the lift to level 3.

WHAT DAY AND TIME DO WE ARRIVE??

Arrive no later than 15 minutes before your class time & register on entry to the Workshop space.
Classes run from:-
10am to 5.30pm  Friday
9am to 5.30pm Saturday
9am to 5.30pm Sunday
9am to 4pm Monday

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BOOKING???

One day Workshop

Please select your course/s carefully. Courses will be filled and allocated well before the start of the Retreat. It will not be possible to make a late course change at the Retreat.

WHAT TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION IS OFFERED?

This year accommodation is not part of the Registration package.
We can supply names of those wishing to share a room if you wish to share.

The Alpha Hotel has Retreat Rates on offer $149/night ( instead of $189), please contact them to book ....... https://alphahotelcanberra.com.au/
The Abode Tuggeranong is nearby too.

I AM FLYING IN, HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE???

The venue is approx. 20 minutes by cab from the Canberra airport.  If possible, please arrange a shared taxi/ uber with friends so that costs can be minimized. If there is enough interest we are hoping to arrange a pick-up schedule.

ARE MEALS, TEA and COFFEE AVAILABLE ???

Meals are available downstairs to purchase, in the Restaurant or Cafeteria.
Fruit platters provided each day

Tea/Coffee/Biscuits are available all day

WILL KITS BE PROVIDED AND DO THEY COST EXTRA ??

Kits will be provided and will be included in the registration price .

Extra kits MAY be available over the weekend.

WILL WE GET A MATERIALS LIST OF ITEMS TO BRING TO WORKSHOPS???

There will be tools and supplies you will need to bring. 

Check the WORKSHOP pages for details.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL YOUR TOOLS! 

 WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES AND TOOLS AT THE RETREAT ???

There will be a few class related supplies available to purchase.

If you wish to purchase supplies Students should place an order before the Retreat through  www.metalclay.com.au 
 Please mention in your order that you would like it delivered to the Retreat, and your postage will be refunded in a day or 2. (yay !!! No postage costs.)

Bronny from ( PAVERPOLAUSTRALIA.com.au), will take orders for your Paverpol supplies & bring them to the Retreat.
A Paverpol stall will be operating during the Retreat.
 Please order 2 weeks prior to the Retreat if you wish to have it delivered at the Retreat.

....  and your Instructor can bring extras if requested before the Retreat begins.

Mini Market :

Instructors & students are welcome to display & sell their creations Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Tables will be available.

WILL THERE BE FREE TIME ??

After 6.30pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday, your time is your own.

Come back to the Workroom with your wine etc and relax after your busy day. 

Finishing projects will be happening if you would like to join in.

Sales tables Friday, Saturday & Sunday night.

Raffle drawn Saturday night.

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOUR $150 DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

CLASS PLACEMENT IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM and PAID A DEPOSIT or in full .

WHEN ARE FEES DUE ??

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION Fees are due by 15TH SEPTEMBER  2024
Deposits are non-refundable after 15th OCTOBER 2023. 
If COVID issues have caused cancellation , then a full refund will be issued ( less PayPal Fee).

 
Unfortunately we cannot hold places for attendees who have not paid in full by 15th SEPTEMBER 2024. 

PLEASE PAY ON TIME. WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO MISS OUT ! 
YOUR PLACE WILL BE OFFERED TO SOMEONE ELSE IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATES.
